Joseph T. Simon (1912–1976) was a United States Army Technician Fifth Grade who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 8.

From 1935 to 1938 he attended Post-Graduate study in Sociology in Denmark. Joseph attended University of Vienna (LLD). Worked as Deputy Attorney in Criminal Court in Austria. In 1941, Worked as instructor and lecturer (34 lectures in Danish).
