Walter H. Rapp trained in Camp Ritchie’s First Class (certificate 21, IPW German). In 1944 he was assigned to Camp Clinton, Mississippi, where high-ranking German prisoners including generals were held. After the war he served at the Nuremberg trials with the Office of the Chief of Counsel (OMGUS) and interrogated Hermann Göring.
