Ralph Valtin (born Rolf Wiegelmesser; died 1 August 2018, age 93) was born in Hamburg and immigrated to the United States in 1938 because of his family's Jewish and Quaker background. Ralph attended 19__ Graduate degree in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.
