Charles E. Weber Jr. Was born on 22 October 1922 in Cincinnati, Ohio, and was educated in Cincinnati public schools. He enlisted on 13 January 1943 at Cincinnati. In July 1943 he attended the Army Specialized Training Program at the University of Chicago as a private first class.
