Wilbur H. Shongo (1922–1974) was a United States Army Sgt USMC who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 30.

Biography[edit | edit source]

In 1940, Wilbur graduated from Salamanca High School.

On 23 December 1941, he joined the Marine Corps.

He is buried in the Allegany Indian Reservation in Cattaraugas, NY (photo of tombstone online lists his rank as Pfc).
