From 1932 to 1933, Henry attended college in Germany (Accounting). He worked as Bookkeeper.
 
Henry H. Daniel was a German-born Jewish refugee who trained at Camp Ritchie (Class 21). He remained in the Army for many years and retired as a lieutenant colonel. His ashes are buried at Arlington National Cemetery. He was the uncle of fellow Ritchie Boy [[Daniel, Werner (01325793)|Werner Daniel]].
