I'm saddened to report the recent passing of another Ritchie Boy. [[Hess, Eric (32899350)|Eric Hess]], who was born in Germany on October 28, 1924 died on March 15, 2022 in Lakewood, New Jersey. Ritchie Boy Hess joined the US Army on April 29, 1943 as a private. He was transferred to Camp Ritchie and trained in the 11th Class, and graduated October 23, 1943. He arrived in England on May 10, 1944. RB [[Hess, Eric (32899350)|Eric Hess]] was assigned to IPW Team 71, which was attached to the 28th Infantry Division. His teammates included: Lt.
