Harry Perlman was born on 2 December 1917 in Bucharest, Romania. He entered active service on 9 November 1942 and was naturalized on 8 April 1943. He completed the 4th course graduation at Camp Ritchie on 6 March 1943 as an interpreter and interrogator in French and German. | |||
By November 1944 he was a member of MII Team 403-G. Service papers also place him with the 315th CIC on duty in April 1945, with promotion and travel orders through mid-1945. He separated at Fort Dix, New Jersey, on 12 December 1945. | |||
