Joseph~~ graduated from Class 7 ~~at Camp Ritchie,~~ and ~~was assigned to MI~~ Team 448-G ~~attached to~~ 99th Infantry Division. ~~Joseph separated from the Army on February 8, 1946. Joseph Haas passed away in 1993 having never mentioned anything about Ritchie Boys. Drafted into the U.S. Army on 3 February 1943, Haas graduated from Camp Ritchie (Class 7) and joined Military Intelligence Team 448-G with the 99th Infantry Division. He helped collect and evaluate enemy information and supervised searches of prisoners. During twenty-four months in Europe he served in the Ardennes, Central Europe, Northern France, and Rhineland campaigns before separating from the Army on 8 February 1946.

Haas died in 1993.
