Arthur Martens Apmann (1894–1986) was a United States Army Captain who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 2.
Biography
Arthur graduated from NYU (BS, Chem. He graduated from NYU (MS, Chemistry). He worked as HVAC engineer.
