Thanks to Ritchie Boy historian Dan Gross for forwarding to me a timeline for Ritchie Boy Max Silberman. Austrian-born Silberman graduated in the 18th Class at Ritchie as an Interrogator of Prisoners of War (IPW), and served on IPW team 186 with the 100th Infantry Division. After the war, his unit was one of the first to liberate Dachau and he interrogated key Nazis prior to the Nuremberg trials. Awarded a Bronze Star for his interrogations, RB Silberman passed away June 25, 2019 at the age of 95. | |||
