Later, he was the Consul General in Salzburg, Austria, followed by an Administrative Officer in Tel Aviv. After that, he was a Senior State Department Representative in National Military Command Center, for the DOD at the Pentagon. He was then Deputy Director, Office of Munitions Control, Department of State in DC. Later, he was Counselor for Administration in Sudan, followed by Counselor for Administration in India and later Thailand, before finally retiring.
