He was a career government official. He was the first black hospital administrator for Gent Omar Bradley, Veterans Administrator, Washington DC. He was also the first black interpreter of French and Spanish WWII under General Eisenhower; State College for Colored Students Dover State Delaware. Prof of Foreign Languages; Vet Adm NYRO, psychologist/psychometrist; US Federal Trade Communications, first black chum dir consumer educ NY regional office. For his organizational memberships, which there were many, among them he was a member of the NAACP, NY Academy of Science, National Society for the Advancement of Ethical Culture, consultant to member Diplomatic Corps connected with foreign embassies, Washington DC; French and Spanish interpreter at Washington National Airport for Delta. Eastern, Piedmont, Pan Am Airlines and was a USO volunteer for 5 years. His honors and awards, among them, he was the first Black member admitted to NY Academy of Science in 1939.
