Bruno O. Rohlffs (1920–2009) was a Ritchie Boy (from Germany; Protestant) who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 25.
Biography
I received a kind note from the Grandson of Ritchie Boy Bruno Rohlffs who served in the 970th Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC) Detachment. He shared this document that describes a 60 day mission his Grandfather and twenty one CIC Special Agents were to take in the French Occupied Zone in November 1946. Interestingly, there were quite a number of other Ritchie Boys included in that Order: ERICK DREYFUSS, ANTHONY FEDERICI, HELMUT FREY, LEO GREY, WOLFGANG HOFFER, and ARNOLD OPPENHEIMER.
