Biography
, Sgt. Petersen, was in Military Intelligence. Trained at both Camp Barkely, Texas, with field artillery, and at Camp Ritchie, Maryland. Overseas in England, France, Germany, Czechoslovakia, and Norway. On special mission in Norway for six months, stationed at Oslo. Olaf Cross by Norwegian government. Was sent to London, Feb 1944. Then in campaigns in France and Germany for one year; to Norway May 1945. He served in total for 3 1/2 years.
