George R. Allen (1919–1998) was a United States Army Private First Class who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 17. George enlisted at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

George attended Haverford College (AB Liberal Arts). He ’s collection of World War II memorabilia at the University of Pennsylvania. On 3 July 1943, he attended Student (ASTP) at Bard College as Pfc. He dahms has researched George Allen extensively, and in May 2020 published a German-language article about him in Badische Zeitung.
