John K. Vance (1915–2005) was a United States Army soldier associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland. John enlisted at Ft Myer, Virginia.

Biography

In 1936, John graduated Doane College (BSc). In 1937 he attended Columbia University (MSc, Economics). In 1939 he attended Columbia University (MS, Library Science).

He revealed LSD project sponsored by CIA (dealing with MKULTRA). From 1960 to 1963 he inspector General’s Staff at CIA.
