Biography

Philip attended Cambridge University (BA, Economics).

In 1943, Glaessner attended Columbia University (post-graduate study in Economics). On 9 April 1943, He became a naturalized citizen. In September 1943, Glaessner attended ASTP student at University of Illinois (Pfc).
