Andre Senutovitch was born on 20 November 1916 in Saint Petersburg, Russia. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and trained at Camp Ritchie in [[Class 15]] (roster association with MII Team 433), rising to master sergeant.

After the war he lived in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he served on the city council, was past president of the Santa Fe Opera, and pioneered uranium exploration in the state. He died on 4 November 1997 in Honolulu, Hawaii, at age 80.
