Herman Landman (23 November 1925 – 10 July 2002) was a Brooklyn-born Ritchie Boy (Class 24) who trained in counterintelligence at Camp Ritchie and served in the Philippines and occupied Japan.

Herman Landman was born on 23 November 1925 in Brooklyn, New York, and had his bar mitzvah in Havana, Cuba. He entered the service in 1943, trained in counterintelligence at Camp Ritchie (Class 24), and was stationed in the Philippines and then in occupied Japan. He was discharged on 27 April 1946.
A graduate of Columbia College, he married Shirley Witt; they had two daughters, Patricia Landman and Danielle Landman, M.D. (both later deceased). Landman was a member and former vice president of the Wantagh Jewish Center and took a strong interest in Israel and Judaic studies.
