He served at total of 44 months, and cchieved the rank of Captain. He entered service on July 16, 1924. His initial occupation was Field Artillery. He was sent overseas: March 7, 1944 and returned: January 3, 1946. He served in Southwest Pacific Theatre, and was in the following engagements: Leyte, Hollandia, Western Luzon and Bataan Peninsula, Mindanao. He was awarded the following: Bronze Star, Purple Heart, American Theatre Ribbon, Victory Medal, Philippine Liberation Ribbon W/3 Battle Stars, Asiatic-Pacific Theatre Ribbon W/3 Stars and, Bronze Arrowhead. He passed away on February 10, 2010.
