Pask was a Ritchie Boy. Albert was born on February 28, 1923. He attended Mt. Greenwood Elementary School, Jones Commercial High School in Chicago and Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He joined the military (WWII) in April, 1943 and trained at Camp Ritchie, MD. He was transferred to the European Theater and assigned to Military Intelligence in Berne, Switzerland. He was Honorably discharged in August 1947 with the rank of M/Sgt. He completed his education at the University of Chicago in 1949 with a Major in Accounting and an M.B.A. He held positions with Campbell Soup Co. and Arthur Anderson & Co. He also served as an Instructor and Dean of Faculty at Fenger and Bogan High Schools. In 1960 he changed his profession to become more involved in landscaping and plant maintenance. He then attended University of Illinois and was awarded the title of "Master Gardener". Albert passed away February 15, 2002 at the age of 78. | |||
