Vernon O. Heyman (1920–2011) was a Ritchie Boy (from Germany; Jewish) who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 15 and served with IPW Team 60.

Biography

Vernon O. Heyman (ASN 39132733) was a German-born Jewish Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 15. He died in 2011 at age 90.

A wartime document dated 7 February 1945, referring to the 134th Infantry Regiment, IPW Team 50, APO 35, U.S. Army, reports that Tec 3 Heyman was severely wounded in action.
