Biography
Samuel was a Ritchie Boy from Netherlands. He trained at Camp Ritchie in Class 9. On 20 July 1943, he was naturalized as a United States citizen in District Court in Washington, D.C., in a ceremony for Camp Ritchie soldiers reported the next day in The Washington Post.
