Rex Applegate (1914–1998) was a United States Army Colonel on the staff and faculty at Camp Ritchie.
Biography
Rex Applegate was a United States Army colonel on the Camp Ritchie staff and faculty, instructing in Close Combat (Section VIII). Research notes also place him with British special instruction in 1942 and with the OSS. He was a manual-combat specialist and the author of Kill or Be Killed. Faculty records list an arrival or alert date of 11 June 1945.
