Arthur Martens Apmann (1894–1986) was a United States Army Captain who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 2.

He worked as HVAC engineer. Arthur graduated from NYU (BS, Chem. He graduated from NYU (MS, Chemistry).
