Victor M. Matsui (1923–2012) was a United States Army soldier associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland. Victor enlisted at Cp Chaffee Ft Smith, Arkansas.

Victor worked as athletic instructor.
In 1942, Matsui attended University of California (Math & Chem); one-half year.
