Elvio H. Sadun was a United States Army Technician Third Grade associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland.

Biography

Elvio graduated Harvard and Johns Hopkins as zoologist. He served in Mediterranean theater where he became Director of the Italian Radio Network aiding in the surrender of the Italian Navy in Malta.

Sadun helped found the International Laboratory for Research on Animal Diseases and the International Livestock Research Institute in Nairobi. He served as Chief of Medical Zoology at Walter Reed Army Research Institute. On 23 April 1974, Sadun died of liver cancer.
