John K. Vance (1915–2005) was a United States Army soldier associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland. John enlisted at Ft Myer, Virginia.

Biography[edit | edit source]

In 1936, John graduated Doane College (BSc). In 1937, He attended Columbia University (MSc, Economics). From 1960 to 1963, He inspector General’s Staff at CIA. He revealed LSD project sponsored by CIA (dealing with MKULTRA).
