Martin Wardmasky (1919–2008) was a United States Army Sergeant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 19. Martin enlisted at Ft Dix, New Jersey.
Biography
He state Department - Central Decimal Files – Name Index 1940-1944 – Box 1292. In September 1941, Worked as laborer at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. In January 1943, he served as Surgical Technician at Fort Oglethorpe, GA. On 14 July 1944, he attended Non-graduate. On 18 November 1944, he served as medical NCO on hospital ship Jarrett M. He state Department - Central Decimal Files – Name Index 1945-1949 – Box 485. He daughter, Karen Wardamasky Bobrow, has published two books describing her quest to learn about her father’s life. He served as Infantry Cadet (Rifleman) in Russian Army.
