Biography

Henry E. Goldberg (1908–1981) was a German-born Jewish Ritchie Boy from Roanoke, Virginia, who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 12 and served overseas as master sergeant with IPW Team 55, attached to the 79th Infantry Division. A Signal Corps photograph shows him with Lt. Frank Swartz of Pittsburgh interrogating a German prisoner near Houdan, France.
