Biography edit

The U.S. Army Counter Intelligence Corps agent, Benjamin Gorby, apparently had used the name Benjamin Goldstein to immigrate to Israel, making it difficult for the Center to track him down.

Gorby had written a letter in 1947 to the commanding officer of the 430th CIC detachment informing him of the information of Mengele's arrest and requesting it be forwarded to CIC headquarters in Vienna, Hier said.
