Hubert J Plumpe (1913–2004) was a United States Army Lieutenant Colonel who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 1.
Biography edit
He served as Acting Chief and GMDL.
After Camp Ritchie’s First Class he was among those assigned to Fort Hunt with the Military Intelligence Research Service, where German prisoners of war were interrogated.
