Zachary Metz (1910–1995) was a Polish-born Jewish Ritchie Boy who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 16 and served overseas as a second lieutenant leading IPW Team 71, attached to the 28th Infantry Division. Enlisted teammates included Ernest Fischl, Robert G. Gould, Gerald Schlesinger, and Eric Hess.
