He Graduated 4-year High School (Academic). On 29 November 1943, Became naturalized citizen. In June 1944, Officers Candidate School at Aberdeen (did not graduate). In 1950, he Graduated BSc Civil Engineering, Antioch College. In 1970, he … President, American Institute of Planners.
