Ira Spiro Barzilay (born 1919) was a United States Army soldier associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland.
Biography
He graduated with an engineering degree from Stanford then enlisted in the US Army, where he was sent to West Point to become a combat engineer. He later gave up his acting career to enter World War II, as a captain with the Corps of Army Engineers.
