Arthur H. Jaffe (1921–2015) was a United States Army soldier associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland.
Biography
Arthur went to Jerusalem to use the GI Bill to study languages at the Hebrew University. He graduated Penn State University (BA Languages). He graduated high school in Gibson, MA. He and his colleagues wanted information about which way countries were leaning to influence positions in the United Nations. He returned to the United States in 1949 and worked in his family's department store chain. He moved to Delray Beach after retiring.
