Arthur W. Curtis (1906–1992) was a United States Army Major who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 1.
Biography
Arthur graduated from Northwestern University (BSc English, German). He worked as Correspondent, Statistician.
In May 1942, Curtis graduated from Air Force Officers Training School. On 15 October 1943, He returned to Camp Ritchie. On 2 February 1945, Curtis served as Chief of Section V.
