- 5 November 1942 — 102nd NO Obsn Squadron.
- /1943 Graduated Class 6 (PI).
- One of four Ritchie Boys who were members of an Air Force Reconnaissance Group and who died when the Liberty ship SS Paul Hamilton on which they were traveling was hit by an aerial torpedo while in the Mediterranean in April 1944.
