Alois J. Liethen (1908–1961) was a United States Army Second Lieutenant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 15.
Biography
Alois attended college at the University of Wisconsin (BS, Economics). He worked as a salesman for a feed manufacturer.
In June 1943, Liethen served as a battery officer with 134th AAA Gunnery Battalion, Fort Bliss, TX. On 5 June 1944, he served as officer in charge of IPW Team 69 attached to XX Corps (Third Army).
