Biography
John studied Psychology, Northwestern University (M. In 1924, He studied Radio Theory and Operation - Dodge Radio Technical School.
On 4 December 1941, Buck worked as a special Consultant (Propaganda Analysis), Office Sec’y of War.
Buck member of American Federation of Radio Artists. He member of Chicago Yacht Club. Buck served as Communications Officer for Algerian unit of OSS.
