Maurice attended Was Adjunct Professor at NYU Law School. Was Adjunct Professor at NYU Law School. He Graduated Sorbonne (BA Classics; LLB Law). He Served as Attorney for 50 years in NYC. As Captain, served as Liaison Officer to coordinate information exchange with French.
