Stephen F. Wisniewski (1916–1957) was a Ritchie Boy (from United States; Catholic) who trained at Camp Ritchie in class 6.
Biography
The following newspaper clipping is from the "Blood and Fire", 63D Infantry Division, Camp Blanding, Florida, Volume 1, Number 5, dated July 16, 1943. Wisniewski, who was attending training at Camp Ritchie, who decided to visit his brother, who had had not seen in fourteen years. He took the train to go visit. A funny story ensues! Give it a read!
