The timeline research also records Caskey served as Commanding Officer of MRBC 1 from 4/1943 to 9/1945. and Ranger Units in the 1980's, published by the Strategic Studies Institute in April. Was member of the Staff and Faculty of the Ground General School (Fort Riley, KS). 3/2/1980 Died (Hagerstown MD). Buried in Arlington National Cemetery.

• Major Caskey was in charge of PWD activities for the U.S. 9th Army. The 9th U.S. Army produced approximately 40 different CPH leaflets.
