• Capt. Alfred R. Cocumelli, '44x (see picture on page 2), Steubenville, was in charge of a photo interpreting team attached to the 25th Infantry in the Philippines. His regiment broke all records — 13^ days — for continuous fighting without a rest period. Early in the Luzon campaign Captain Cocumelli commanded a group of Philippine Scouts, some of them....
