Robert Fulton II Cutting (1920–1958) was a United States Army Second Lieutenant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 7.

Robert graduated Harvard University (AB History). In 1938, He graduated Groton School.

On 15 June 1944, Cutting member of crew of Operation Minister 3A (from Harrington to. On 27 July 1944, He member of crew (S-phone operator) of Operation Shipwright. On 1 July 1945, Cutting worked as a executive Officer, OSS Mission (Germany).
