Ruth Mills Bradley (1911–1995) was a Women's Army Corps (WAC) Captain in the United States Army associated with Camp Ritchie, Maryland.

Ruth Mills Bradley was born in 1911 (United States). Bradley held the rank of Captain. Duty notes include First CO. Papers at Fairfield (CT) Museum. She was at the Military Intelligence Training Center by 14 September 1943. She died in 1995.
