George L. Frenkel (1919–2014) was a United States Army Staff Sergeant who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 11.
Biography[edit | edit source]
In October 1943, Frenkel returned to teaching at Ritchie. George attended [Frenkel’s brother, Peter, also graduated Ritchie, 6th class, assigned to. He note 2: Not to be confused with Georg Frenkel, the musician, who was born in Vienna 18 July 1922 and died 18 November 2011. He worked as stock clerk. He uniforms; Organization. He was transferred to Oberursel Served as Captain, then Major. He wrote scenarios for Voice of America.
