Joseph Kestler (1917–1971) was a United States Army Private First Class who trained at Camp Ritchie, Maryland, in Class 16. Joseph enlisted at Ft Jay Governors Island, New York.

Kestler was assigned to three-man OB Team 43 attached to 95th Infantry Division. This Division was attached to the 9th Army (3rd Army from 10 October 1944 to 29 January 1945).
