Ellen K. Boucher is the married name of Ellen J. Kaufmann (1920–2014), a Mainz-born Women's Army Corps Technician Fourth Grade who instructed German interrogation at Camp Ritchie and married Melville Boucher there in 1946. See her ASN page for the full biography, Timeline, and Sources.
